wow. Masha'allah.

i used to exercise, for a (short) while i went sorta crazy and did loads, then stopped completely, other than exercising my mouth - which i'm really good at btw lol.

 

as am i.

that's why i won't be posting any nutrition-related stuff on here... :mellow:

 

gym again today! this time arms/upper body instead of legs.

i know. i don't want to get stronger. i just wanna tone up what i have. i dont wanna get muscly. so i'm doing less weight, more reps.

 

 

Bah! What use is tone if you have no ability!

 

You won't get muscly if you stick to bodyweight - pull ups, push ups etc, but you will get relatively strong.

Not seeing the results I wanna see just yet. Time to take it to the next level. Gotta go HAM in the gym and take some Quikmass Loaded <3 inshaAllah.

man since i've gone back to school i've only been going to the gym like once a week. and i'm not even that busy. i just can't seem to organize myself. :(

was in the gym for like a solid2 hours today

 

squat = 105lbs 5x5

military press = 60 lbs 5x5

deadlift = 195lbs 3 sets 5 reps

 

i also did a couple sets of shoulder presses w/ 20lb dumbells, and shrugs with 45lbs'ers.

 

alhamdulilah

 

still gotta work on form and i'm still lifting lightweights :( i wonder what my 1 rep max's are.

 

 

time for proteinzz
