Good luck lol.

 

I've started going on walks for like 1hr a day. I heard somewhere that our bodies are not made or designed to sit for long hours and without basic movement you're leading yourself to a lot of problems further down the line

also i believe that walking increases your metabolism (the base rate at which your cells use up energy).

 

So the weight you lose isn't 100% due to the calories you burn actually walking.

I have been walking a lot during Festival. I ate like a pig when I went back home lol But I haven't been eating much since I've come back home (work-home?), just breakfast, something at midday and then supper. Eid day aside, it feels weird to be eating during the day and I also don't get hungry during the day. I have been walking like crazy, the town is small so you can walk to most places where they have shows.
