lol probably more than that

I'll start measuring from tomorrow.

What would be a good type of cereal to have? I hate oats so that is definitely out of the question.

Looks like Menemem

Lemon in water can aid with digestion. Green tea is good for that too.

Anyone read about coffee being good for you? If so, how can I make my coffee less bitter.

eh, I don't like anything with tomatoey sauces/ chutneys and I have issues with having egg in any other form than boiled. I know this is weird, but since I had this horrible flu last year, there are foods that I have totally gone off because of smell and texture. Bread and eggs (aside from boiled, for some reason) are just a few of those foods.

I bought this bread mix though (I think what the issue is, is that I can smell the yeast in the dough and that puts me off, also the doughiness puts me off).

Ingredients:

Sunflower seeds, flaxseed, coconut flour, desiccated coconut, almonds, raising agent, psyilium husk, erythritol, himalayan salt.

(And now I've googled erythritol and it says its not halal so that's out then).

Would banting bread be okay to have?

There seems to be division on whether coffee is good or bad for you. I have read studies that show both sides. Basically, I think everything in moderation. How do you take your coffee? Try half and half (half water and half milk) or try blends of coffee that are mild.

Bread can be bad as it's carbs. Generally only whole grain bread is good but I don't know if they sell it (even brown bread is processed so that its bad for you).

Weetabix is a good cereal to have.

I don't like weetabix

I found a banting recipe for roti lol It calls for flaxseed flour and coconut flour.

Would having two slices of bread a day be bad? :hmm:

Breakfast:

Didn't have enough milk to have the shake, so opted for the fruit roll up (that I hadn't finished the other day).

Snacks:

2 x green apples

It's 3:16pm right now, and I brought the remainder of the sausage rolls and cold meat, but I doubt I will eat that because I'm going to leave and I feel like having seafood, so I'll probably only have the cold meat. And then seafood for supper.

Supper:

prawns (in batter), calamari, chips and coleslaw.

Had some grapetiser too.

Been waiting for the best part of 10 years for this thread and it's finally here.

Lol and such a shame that it gets made now, when I eat nothing exciting

But just for you, I'll tell you what I had when I went home for Eid.

Eid Day:

Breakfast:

texan steak, kebabs, chicken legs, potatoe wedges,

Lunch:

Mutton kalya and rice, roasted veggies, chicken roast.

Supper:

Lamb briyani

Obviously, I ate biscuits and sweetmeats throughout the day, didn't get any laddoos though.

The day after;

Breakfast:

Gourmet burger and chips with a huge milkshake

Had loads of coffee at this place and chai.

I was stuffed but we went to this ice cream place after, around lunch time.

Caramel waffles and ice cream, churos and deep fried oreos with belgian chocolate. Triple thick coffee milkshake

Needless to say, I was stuffed by this time.

Had dinner with some friends:

Toasted cheese sandwich (I literally could not fit much more in there) and chips)

Pomegranate and lemonade mix

Desert

Chai latter and gourmet donuts

Thursday 13th July 2017

Breakfast:

Shake - I checked and I do have about 70grams, probably less. Also, I add about a teaspoon of cinammon powder to it every day.

Snack:

Chocolate and small tub of pringles.

I have 2 green apples with me and then the 3 sausage rolls that I did not eat yesterday lol (I would just like to add that I most likely won't have any more sausage rolls because I only bought them as an easy to make thing for ramadaan and didn't really eat that much of them and I need the space in my freezer, so I'm clearing them out. Also, I'm lazy to make food).
